By submitting this form, you agree to pay a deposit of $100 to confirm your event and to pay the agreed fee per person at the end of the event, minus the deposit.  The $100 deposit has a $4 service fee for paying online- which can be avoided if you are able to pay cash. You also agree to the services as outline on this page.  You understand that the deposit is refundable until 15 days before the date, then it is creditable 5-14 days, 50% creditable 4 days prior. No refund canceling 48 hours before the event. You agree to pay the remaining balance due in full, which is based on the number of attendees, at the end of the party. You understand that you are obligated to pay for the minimum number of attendees that the booking person guaranteed. If you guarantee 8 but only 5 attend, you are responsible for paying for 8.  If serving alcohol, you take full responsibility for your guests' behavior and safety.  VanGo Girl Paint Parties is not liable for any alcohol related injury, illness, mishap, or foolishness.
